1.Use and Purpose of Collected Personal Information

(1) We store personal information you provided only for the purpose of:

  • Provision of job consultation services for temporary staffing and career change,
  • Screening of job applications,
  • Employment management,
  • Sending information (e.g., information on campaigns, seminars, and benefit packages), and
  • Making contact when it appears to be necessary such as during an emergency or disaster.

The personal information submitted by you will not be returned to you as a general rule.
(The information will be responsibly managed in accordance with our regulations and will be disposed of or deleted without delay after the retention period has elapsed.)

(2) Personal information obtained by means other than writing will only be used for the following purposes:

  • To implement outsourcing operations
    (general affairs of client companies, etc.)
  • To implement facility management tasks
    (insurance applications, payroll withdrawal data creation, etc.)

4.Measures taken for the secure management of retained personal data, etc.

(1) Formulation of basic policies

  • To ensure the proper handling of personal data, etc., Privacy Policy has been established.

(2) Establishment of disciplinary rules for handling personal data, etc.

  • For each stage of acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion/disposal, etc., rules for handling personal information, including handling methods, responsible persons/persons in charge, and their duties have been established.

(3) Organizational Security management measures

5.Procedure for Personal Information Disclosure

Regarding the personal information (to be disclosed) that you provided, if you wish to be notified of the purpose of use or disclosure of it, correct/add/delete information, suspend the use of it, erase information, suspend providing it to third parties, or disclose the record it was provided to third parties, please send a written request.
The request must be sent using the request form provided accompanied by identity verification documents.
We shall disclose the information after confirming your identity.
However, we may not accommodate your request when:

  • There is any possibility of damage to life, health, property, or other rights of yourself as well as third parties,
  • There is any possibility of significant disruption to our operations,
  • There is any possibility of breaching the law
  • We cannot confirm that the sender is yourself or your agent, and
  • The document(s) provided is/are defective.
