As a member of the Toyo Engineering Group, TEC Business Services Corporation has been engaged in providing comprehensive human resource services in the temporary staffing and contracting sectors, comprehensive management services for office buildings and welfare facilities, and translation & interpreting services for more than 35 years, mainly in Chiba prefecture.

The business environment surrounding companies has changed significantly in recent years, with uncertainty looming over the future due to climate change, economic fluctuations, a shrinking workforce, and the need to respond to the advance of innovative technologies.
