Basic Policy of Correct Handling of Specific Personal Information

To reinforce our privacy policy, we will establish a basic policy for our organization to ensure the correct handling of specific personal information and personal numbers based on the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (the Number Act).

2.Compliance with Relevant Laws and Regulations, Guidelines, etc.	We will correctly handle specific personal information in compliance with the My Number Act, Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other laws and regulations, as well as the Guidelines for the Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (for Business Operators) and other guidelines.
3.Matters related to Safety Control Measures	We will take safety control measures that are necessary and appropriate for the management of specific personal information, including those to prevent leakage, loss, and damage. Furthermore, we will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision of employees and contractors (including subcontractors) who handle specific personal information. Safety control measures for specific personal information are set forth in our separate “Rules for Handling Specific Personal Information, etc.”
